 Epic Event Gallery can accommodate up to 100 guests depending on the event layout. Our flexible space allows seating for dinners, receptions, meetings, and celebrations. 

 Yes. Couples can host both their wedding ceremony and reception at Epic Event Gallery. Our space can be arranged for the ceremony and then transitioned into a reception. 

 

Epic Event Gallery is BYOB. Clients may provide their own beer, wine, and spirits for their event. Our in-house bartenders will serve the alcohol you provide to ensure a safe and professionally managed bar service. We also offer bartending packages that may include service and personalized shopping assistance.

 Events at Epic Event Gallery can take place until 11:00 PM. All guests and vendors must complete cleanup and exit the venue by that time unless additional arrangements have been approved in advance.

    Private Dinner Parties/Rehearsal Dinners

    $975

    Plan a private dinner for your love one, friends or family. Up to 50 guest; includes tables, chairs, black linen, small kitchenette, 4 hours rental time, between 3pm-10pm, lower level only, Additional time $250 per hour No Holidays or Saturdays. Renters can use their own caterers, Lower level only


    Bridal Showers

    $975

    Your Showers will be a true excitement of life. Our rental space includes tables ,chairs, black linen, small kitchenette, up to 50 guest and 4 hours rental time, in between the hours 11am-8pm  Additional hours available for $200 per hour. Our Showers schedule within the days of Monday-Sunday  Lower level only No Holidays

    Kids Birthday Parties /Baby Showers

    $975

    Kids parties are fun at Epic (age range 0-12 years old) and Baby Showers.  Includes 50 guest, tables, chairs, black linens and small kitchenette. Monday-Sunday, 4 hours rental. Additional time for $200 per hour within the hours of 10am-8pm. Lower level only

    Graduation Party

    $1800

     Celebration with family and friends with a private event. Includes 90 guest, tables, chairs, black linens and small kitchenette. Monday-Sunday, 5 hours rental. Additional time for $200 per hour within the hours of 10am-11pm. Main level & Loft area 

    Standard Social Events Rate

    Standard Social Events Monday-Friday & Sunday Adult Birthday, Retirement

    $1800

    Rental fee includes up to 90 guest five hours of event time and the use of our tables, chairs, black linens and small kitchenette. Additional hours available for $200 per hour. Main level and loft area


    Saturday Social Events Adult Birthday, Retirement Parties and Engagement

    $2500

    Rental fee up to 90 guest includes five hours of event time and the use of our tables, chairs and small kitchenette. Additional hours of available for $200 per hour. includes main and  loft area

    Upper Loft Rental $600

    The Loft Level may be added to your event to provide additional space and expand guest capacity. This add-on is available only with a confirmed rental of the Main Level. The Loft Level can be used for: Expanding guest capacity 51–100 guests Additional lounge or seating space for smaller events Food, gifts, or quiet conversation areas The Loft includes: Seating area, small kitchenette, elevator access between levels. The Loft Level cannot be rented separately and must be added to a Main Level

    Prices are subject to change with or without notice, Pricing with be honored with deposit and signed agreement, all rentals has $175 cleaning fee, No refunds

    Rental fee includes up to 90 guest 11am-11pm event time and the use of our tables, chairs, black linens, bridal changing room and two small kitchenettes. Upper level 25-30 occupancy and use of elevator.
