Rental fee includes up to 90 guest five hours of event time and the use of our tables, chairs, black linens and small kitchenette. Additional hours of event time available for $250 per hour.

All setup  must be included in the rented time block. The venue charge $125 cleaning fee for breakdown. Clients just take the items  they brought inside venue.
