Weddings Monday-Friday
Rental fee includes up to 90 guest five hours of event time and the use of our tables, chairs, black linens and small kitchenette. Additional hours of event time available for $250 per hour.
Weddings- Saturday
Rental fee includes up to 90 guest five hours of event time, use elevator, bridal changing room, tables, chairs, black linens and 2 small kitchenette. Additional hours of event time available for $500 per hour
Weddings-Sunday
Rental fee up to 90 guest includes five hours of event time and the use of our tables, chairs, black linens and small kitchenette. Additional hours of event time available for $250 per hour
Upper Level Rental
Must have purchased rental agreement of the lower level. Upper level add on includes: seating area, small kitchenette and the use of the elevator
All Day Wedding Rental
Rental fee includes up to 90 guest 11am-1145pm event time and the use of our tables, chairs, black linens, bridal changing room and two small kitchenettes. Upper level 25-30 occupancy and use of elevator.
Time Block Information
All setup & clean up time must be included in the rented time block or if you prefer, you can use our services to take care of cleaning for you, the fee $175

Monday-Friday

Rental fee up to 90 guest includes five hours of event time and the use of our bridal changing area, tables, chairs, black linens and small kitchenette. Additional hours available for $250 per hour

Plan a private dinner for your love one, friends or family. Up to 50 guest; includes tables, chairs, black linen and small kitchenette, 4 hours rental time, between 4pm-10pm, lower level only. No additional time $250 per hour
Graduation Party / Adult Birthday Party
Ready to graduate? continue the celebration with family and friends with a private event. Includes up 75 guest, tables, chairs, black linens and small kitchenette. Sunday-Friday, 4 hours rental. Additional time for $250 per hour within the hours of 10am-11pm. Lower level only

Book your next board meeting, team brainstorming, training session, or client meeting with us.
